Fluid Loss Control

Fluid loss additive help retain the design/rheological properties of the slurries. The additives help control viscosity, thickening time, maintain density and control loss to permeable formations.

Polyanionic Cellulose (PAC)

PAC HV is produced from cellulose chemically treated with CMC and is ideal l for controlling viscosity by addition in smaller proportion with an added advantage of fluid loss control.
PAC LV is produced from cellulose chemically treated with CMC. The low viscosity PAC enables improved fluid loss control with significantly lesser variation to viscosity.

Caboxylmethycellulose (CMC)

High Viscosity CMC also serves as fluid loss additives improving fluid retention and suitable for permeable formations.
High grade CMC is produced specifically to match the requirement for oil drilling creating stable rheological and filtration control properties for the slurry.
