Barite
Barite is the key ingredient in drilling mud and used in powder form (45 -75 microns). Bastion owns and operates barite mines exporting barite ore from Laos and Morocco.

Hematite
A high-density weighting material (Specific Gravity of 5.05 min) finds application in muds with weighs more than 20.00 ppg in water based muds and 19.00 ppg in oil based muds. Hematite helps in lowering the solids concentration of the muds and hence improving the rheological properties.
Our production facility is based in India, capable of producing Hematite ore on customized sizing and packaging.
